Me did it!

I would hope you will join me in giving Carlitos a giant congratulation. Carlitos faced some serious health issues this last year. He worked hard and improved his health greatly. I hope we all can have good health and long life.

Hugs and Best Wishes,
Scottie

It is Wednesday morning, June 27th, 2012.
I will soon be 77 y/o.
And…I did it! I is soo proud o’ me. For the first time in nearly a year, I walked the entire 2 1/2 miles (40 min.)
and I don’t even feel tired afterwards. I do hope I can continue to do it. It really felt good.
I just had to share the news.

  1. Congrads Carlitos.

Hello Patty. When I asked Carlitos if I could post his note, he thought no one would care. I knew people would. Hugs

  2. Hallo Scottie,
    Hallo Carlitos,
I congratulate each of you for your progress.
You can be proud of you
We have a saying here: “Cheer up, even if the neck is dirty!.
    Further, many well wishes
    Nikki

Thank you Nikki, but in truth Carlitos has done far more work than I. He changed his life style to include a much healthier way to live, changed his diet. I have not done that, I just force my self to continue…So Carlitos is an inspiration and I congratulate him. Hugs
