Sorry but this is what we do. Ron, James, and I all have IPhones, and Ipads. We go out and we do talk, but we are on our phones, and doing games with each other, reading news, keeping up with our emails. Even doing work. Also I remember this Pt. we had who had a vent on a trach and it was hard for him to talk. So his friends would visit and they would all sit around each other and hold complete conversations via texting. Hugs
