This threat to voting rights in several states this year is the most serious threat to our democratic form of government in my lifetime.
It is really frightening the oligarchic mind-set so evident by the Republicans. They are so blatently doing everything they can to disenfranchise
the American voter, and for discriminatory reasons (which some among them openly admit) it is apalling. Whatever happened to fairnes and
respect for others is beyond me. I scarcely recognize the political system i thought we had in our country.
