I find it sad and disgraceful when a person runs for, tries hard to get, fights for a job, and they have no clue what the job is.  I think in this case he was the one picked to block the nominees as he is in a safe no lose district, while others might pay a bigger price.   So he was set up with talking points and left to do the dirty work so the all his cohorts could pretend they did not understand why he was doing.   Hugs

  1. Hi Scottie;
    Yeah, this doesn’t make any sense anywhere but in Washington. Be the very words of the USConstitution, the senate is responsible for confirming presidential nominees. How does this person believe different? And, to say that the job of the senate is to pass bills regarding zika funding and verterans benefits, from what I can see the best option we have is the republican led senate stays away from both of those items because they have underfunded both at every opportunity.
    The duplicity, as you say, is deliberate and criminal in my book.

    • Thank you Brother. I know how smart you are and to have you agree with me and my statements.. that means a lot. I know in the past you have had to lead me along, get me to see things, challenge me… and I have learned so much from it, from you. You have been a grand brother in that way. I would have you continue to do it. So when you say I get something right!!! Well that is a feather in my cap. Be well and happy. Give the pup a hug for me. I hope to see you soon. Love and hugs.
