Scotties Toy Box

November 18, 2016

I am not making fun of older people, I am one. I think how often a young person gets called on and did wish they had not let the family member know they could do that.

  1. My very computer literate teenager tells me to just “google it” when I’m having a problem. Um, don’t think so, how about I just “google it” upside your head instead!

  2. There was a meme going around, something along the lines of ‘don’t make fun of your parents for not knowing how to work technology. At one point, they had to teach you how to use a spoon!’

    • 🙂 I love it. Poor Ron has so many talents, yet hitting his mouth with food is a challenge to him. Every time we go out to eat he spills something down his shirt. We have contests to see how long it will take for him to spill the first thing. Thanks for the smile. Hugs

      • A good friend of mine just got a non-surprising diagnosis of MS. She’s the one I told you about that has the blog about how the drug war makes her pain control a constant struggle.

      • I am sorry she has M.S. Ron has it also. Yes the war on drugs gets legislatures that know nothing about medicine, nothing about medication, making rules on what a doctor can proscribe or what combinations. It is so silly here in Florida my pain doctors can not give me the medications they prefer because of the law, yet they can have my primary care doctor give them to me, and the primary care doesn’t know the meds or how to dose them, the pain doctors do. Stupid. Let keep medications in the hands of doctors. Hugs
