While I am NOT a supporter of the Catholic Church in any way, I will say this article is rather well done and seems spot on.   Here is an excerpt below.   I would remind everyone that the Republicans have been offering this same trickle down economics sense Reagan and it has never yet worked.  Why think it will now?   Oh the harm we have done to ourselves with this election.  It wont be measured for years.   Hugs

  1. “It wont be measured for years.” I think it’s caused harm already, harm that will amount to insufferable damage as the years go by. This is horrible. I’m still sick to my stomach over it.

    • I agree I guess I was thinking of the deeper more horrible effects to come. Yes the bad treatment of other people that wouldn’t have been permitted before, is now open and horrible. I can say I am also sick and frightened at what I once thought was a progressive country moving more to helping and understanding and now it has been thrown back into our own past dark ages. Hugs

“Oh the harm we have done to ourselves with this election. It wont be measured for years.” Wise words.

You have friends who are thinking of you and all those others who are of like mind. Remember, there are more who feel the same way you do than those who think they have found a saviour in tRump.

    • Thank you Carmen, and to all the others. It is one of the few things keeping me getting out of bed in the morning. I briefly wondered if I could go to bed for four years and wake up in a better time? However I realized if I want a better time I much help make it so. Thanks again Carmen. Many hugs
