Pay more and get less: The Ryan plan to privatize Medicare

Filed under: Economics, Health, Ideas, News, Political, Questions, Reason — Scottie @ 09:15

I have never understood how people can thinking adding a proffit margin in to a service can make it cheaper.   There are some services that should never be for proffit.  Medical care is one of those.   Hugs

  1. Seriously Scottie, I think the American health care system is a shambles. Health care free at point of delivery should be a basic human right. So sad that it isn’t. And as for insurance companies … ugh.

    • I agree entirely. I wish we could have a complete overhaul and a medicaid for all, or single payer, or some other system. But we have too much money invested in profit and not enough in caring to change it I fear. Politicians make too much off screwing the people. Hugs

  2. We need to fight this with all we can. I just hope it’s enough. Ryan is pure evil.

    • I agree, and I am worried. The wealthy people in power don’t need it, we poor people do, so they don’t care or even understand. Hugs
