(3) Jason Chaffetz Hypocritically Calls for Government Handouts for Rich Politicians – YouTube

Filed under: Greed, News, Political — Scottie @ 18:31

I wanted to say this , but this 4 minute video does it better and uses video of Chaffetz own words against him.  Basically he says the poor need to just find a way to get along and hey don’t buy that cell phone ever few years, but he who is worth millions needs extra money to live the lavish life style he wants because he sees others living it.  Wow.  Hugs

    • Yup, and it is so hypocritical. I bet he doesn’t even see how it is a clear double standard. More money for me, less for you. His kids have to go to high priced colleges, your kids can take night courses while working two minimum wage jobs . Grrr. Hugs

  2. Surely $174,000 p.a. includes enough for a congressman to afford either secondary accommodation or at least a good bed settee for their offices? Many of these people were able to become Congressmen because they had wealth enough to be able to afford to run the race. Once they’v won they should be prepared to do as ordinary people do when faced with a new job, sell up and move or be prepared to stay in motels until they find somewhere they can afford. Chafetz is looking for the employer to be responsible for housing costs which no ordinary employee gets. This is pure greed.
