Waiting again

Filed under: My Life and Rants — Scottie @ 08:38

I am grateful to have medical coverage and insurance I can afford.  Yet I am sitting in a doctors office again waiting for a doctor who sees me all the time to go over my medications, certify I am on them and need then, and write me a prescription. For this there is two co-pays and a morning of time gone.   Hugs

    • 🙂 ah the way we spend our days. Have fun. Oh good news the doctor thinks I am healing well and can start to remove some meds. He supports my going back to school with a caveat. No lifting. But still it is great. Hugs

      • That’s just awesome, Scottie. My uncle found out he has a 4 – 5 month wait for an operation. . .and he’s in daily pain. 😦 (and he’s an ‘Archie Bunker’ as it is. … ). Perhaps you can imagine. . . :).

      • I had to wait 6 months for my hip replacement. I could have had it earlier but I chose a doctor who had 25 years of experience as guess work judgement is required for getting the legs as close to same length as possible. Hugs
