(1) The scientific method made easy RE-UPLOADED A 2nd TIME (see vid description) – YouTube

Filed under: Religion, Science — Scottie @ 10:10

For those that have no clue and think science is faith based or that science uses faith.   Basically the religious factions that want to say that everyone against their view is just the same as them.  That is simply wrong.  One person like that recently told me using a dictionary was faith, and if you couldn’t personally verify something happened by seeing it or doing it, it was faith.  To him the moon landing was faith because today we did not see it and did not do it.   Maybe they will watch the video and learn.  I doubt it.

  1. This is a very useful tool, Scottie. It does a great job at explaining the scientific method and its essential/crucial value. I was 10 years old in 1957, when the International Geophysical Year first taught me the genuine value of science in making everything explicable. If something happened, something caused it.

  3. Excellent, succinct video. BTW, if you look closely at the painting of Galileo shown in this video, you can see tiny mermaids waving at you from inside his beard. Granted, without faith in what I just said you most likely won’t be able to see them, but that’s your problem, not mine. 🙂
