Thoughts on Symbols …

Well said. I have long wondered at the mindset that takes the symbol to be more important than the thing it represents. Great post. Thanks.

I was struck by an interview between Fox television hosts and Trump’s former campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski regarding, of all things, upside-down Christmas trees. For some reason, the hosts seemed to feel that Lewandowski’s opinion was of the utmost importance on this topic …

  1. I love that upside down Christmas tree, everything about it makes me think “cool!”. Not to mention the sheer practicality of the decorative hanging process and how much better they look. fab!

    No doubt someone will find a way to be offended by it though!

    • They needed to be offended so he reached for something he thought would make other’s feel as he did. They have a need for it. THey crave that feel of offence at what others might enjoy or do. Hugs
