    • Thank you. This channel has a lot of good stuff like this. I found him because of a video called history of the world in 4 minutes. It blew my mind. Hope you enjoy some of his other stuff. Hugs

  2. I enjoyed the Mozart and Shelley , of course the genes of those early hominids still exist in our cells , that’s why Mr Dawkins wrote the selfish gene and considered calling it the immortal gene . Often quoted is the fact we share half our genes with bananas not that I set much significance to that fact among many others bandied around as the fancy takes the tellers. My son shocked me by telling me he had a small percentage of Neanderthal in his DNA , I thought I was pure homosapiens , poor old Hitler and all the other purists and I expect the strict Jews won’t like it one little bit. It must have been obvious to any keen observers we had a share of animalistic instincts. Mr Dawkins believes the meme is the new gene and could be our salvation producing change for the better. I haven’t read it but the title of Daniel Dennetts New book ‘Bacteria to Bach ‘ ! says a lot about him I think he finds the enormous change difficult to believe but it must be so.

    • Good morning Kersten. I knew most of us had Neanderthal DNA but I did not know the other hominids could interbreed. Hugs
