  1. It is a sad irony, in all sorts of ways.

    • Yes, sad that part of the country wants to retreat to a time when females were basically property sex toys free house cleaning child bearers for men to do with as they pleased. It is 2018 and it is time to move forward with equal rights for all. Hugs

    • Hello Noellie. Yes it is a very highly charged subject. I read your post. The thing you did not figure in to your adoption argument is the woman and her body. Carrying a developing fetus is hard on the human body and can cause many problems for the woman, and childbirth has many risks including death. A woman can die in child birth or shortly after. I use to work in an ICU, and I have seen it. The female is in charge of her own body. It is her body and she who pays any price. Until birth the fetus is part of her body. She must be given the choice of what happens to her own body. No one else should have any say over the situation. You may have seen my post here. https://scottiestoybox.com/2019/01/26/the-pro-life-movement/ Be well. Hugs

      • I fully understand that side of the coin. The option I put forth was for anyone that has carried a child to term and can now opt to abort on the day it’s due. If she is aborting because it is not wanted and not for any other reason (healthy, etc) then the option of gifting it a family that would be able to provide for its needs is a valid choice. 🙂 Thank you for the response. And hugs to you as well.
