  1. With an ill president, America could be nothing but an all over ill country.
Despite of forming the USA to one stronng society, this cowardish super-ego, devides the nation into hate-parts. Its a pity that stupid Republicans still back him just for the reason of retention of power.
They dont care for the NATO, nor for the wellbeing of people around the world.
They are just pure egoists, and the stand for the Rich in the USA.

      • I’ll do everythiing over here, that in this e-mails-affair Ivanca is measured with the same meter as Hillary was. We won’t let Ivanka lie, that she had not known.

  2. twitter trump is not even able to get letters written for him. We see, his brain is limited to
280-letter thoughts. And that seems to be the brains-limit of his Followers. And it seems, as the outcome shows, the limit o of the limited hate-messages the churches provide for their believers.

  3. To be honest there are some differences. Not that they matter to me. Both are twits.
Ivanka did not delete any emails
Ivanka did not use it for any classified information only travel planning
So no real state business was done on Ivankas private email

However you’d think with all the heat Hilalry got (and in my view rightfully so) that this administration would be double more careful exspecially given the retoric of this administration. It just boogles the mind!

      • CNN and the Washington Post article that CNN used for it’s story.

“There was no intent to avoid government servers. All of it has been preserved,” – Washington Post sources.

“Trump, a White House adviser and the president’s eldest daughter, sent hundreds of emails about White House business and her official schedule to administration aides, Cabinet officials and her personal assistants.” – Also Washington Post

I’m not saying she was right or justified and I agree she deserves the scrutiny and the ridecule. She is being stupid and acting like a moron.

As for the comment about Hillary. Go to Comeys testamony to congress and he says there were classiffied emails identified, she tried to destroy the emails and server, there were multiple unsecured devices used. Hillary should have just been truthful when she spoke to congress and this story for her would be a none story.

        • Michelle if Hillary had lied under oath to republican congress out to get her, do you not think she wouldn’t have been charged? Reason says if they could have found something after 11 or more hearings they would have. It was the real political witch hunt tRump claims is coming at him. Hugs

          • Listen to the youtube video of Comey.
Hillary claims there were no classified emails sent from this private server is that true? (Comey) No that is not true
Question after question Comey answered no that is not true…From the use of one device, to destroying devices, to turning over all emails… all not true according to the FBI and James Comey. Sorry I do trust Comey and always have.

        • Actually, I got a TON of information from your response. I only knew the highlights … never ever did I look into the situation that closely so I can’t add a thing! All I really knew is the Repukes were unable to find anything to charge her … and that tRumpsky can’t let it go.

As for Ivanka … there had to be something that created the hullabaloo, but of course it will all get swept under the rug.

          • Actually they could have charged her with many crimes. But republicans are spineless.
destruction of evidence, obstruction of justice, use of a private email to send classified information, lying to congress under oath, ect….

I could make those stick and I’m no damn lawyer. But all you need to do is follow the evidence as presented. But both parties are more about grand standing than anything. Both thing they are above the law. And neither has any interest in you, your well being or anything beyond your vote. They honestly don’t care about any of us.

left wing, right wing? Both halfs of the same bird that just pooped on you.

    • Michelle here we have to be careful of what we think we know due to our sources. My understanding of the facts differ from yours.

Such as the deletion of emails. That happened over two different time periods and due to two different laws and companies. First one was the law about archiving official government business. To accommodate that law Hillary Clinton asked a legal firm to go through all her entire archived email and sort it. They were the ones to choose which was personal and which was official. I still do not understand how she can be blamed for any mistake they made, of which no one actually showed they made a mistake. It was harped on that she was deleting emails but she was not, the firm decided which was was official and which were private, and no one, not even fox news showed how she was some how deleting anything. Then when it was already accepted she sent the servers to a company to have them ‘Cleaned” this is normal. She was out of office and they were either rented or belonged to her and couldn’t have government stuff on them after she was not in the office. The republican committee run by Trey Gowdy then subpoenaed the servers. By then it was too late. The firm had already wiped most of the server. They did manage to recover part of it, but no one wanted give them credit for that. All we heard was Hillary had the disks “bleached”. By the way I “bleach” my for hard drives once a week and I am not a government employee.

So much of this was political it turns my stomach. Trey Gowdy was a political hit man and he admitted it, and left office as soon as tRump came in as he knew he couldn’t hold him to the standard he demanded of Hillary. He went to work for Fox News.

Now to the law. It is a fact that Hillary did NOT break the law in using a private email nor a private server. If it had been against the law she would have been so charged under the Republican driven hearings. But nine hearings she came out with no charges. Simply put Collin Powell as SOS, Rice as SOS, and Kerry as SOS all used private emails. At the time it was not against the law.

Did Hillary use a private email to pass classified documents. NO! Again if she had the republicans would have had her up on charges. Instead all they could do is insinuate. Here is what is the facts as I know them and I have followed this. Nothing that came to her was marked classified in any way. After it was archived some stuff was determined to be classified. She did not know , it was not marked. However it is easy to say she did transmit classified stuff over a private email while leaving out the fact it was classified long after she dealt with it. That was determined by the FBI.

Now to Ivanka. We really don’t know do we. We do know she has been using her private domain she and her husband share to send email about every aspect of her interaction in the government to all sorts of other government offices. We do not know what she may have emailed, classified or not, we do not know what she may have deleted. There has been no investigation because fox news is not hyping it, Rush Limbaugh is not hyping it, right wing radio and web sites are not hyping it like they did with the fake hysteria about Hillary deleting emails.

So let look at the difference between Hillary’s private server and Ivanka’s private email account. Hillary’s server was protected by a security company and a management company to make sure it was both secured and operating properly.
They were well rated for use in government servers and contracts. Ivanka’s email was a domain set up by any number of free domain companies. I have my own domain I bought from WordPress, it is and I even have an email set up I could use off it but I find it a pain when I already have two that work great for me. So Ivanka and her husband paid a online company ( I read it was go daddy but I can not verify that ) to buy and set up their domain in their name. There is no oversight of this domain or email, other than the simple security offered to me by WordPress. This type of set up is clearly less secure than a private server in your home monitored by a security company and a company paid to manage it.

I will be honest, as good as I am with minor computer stuff, I do not have the skills to manage the flow and security of a home server. I have wanted to do it for a long time. I have the internet connection, I own my own domain, I even have the skill to set up the email for my self and anyone I want on it. What I lack is the ability to keep it secure. A server is cheaper than a good computer, far cheaper than my two, but they need to be managed and secured. I do not have the education to do that. But I know enough to know what skills I lack. ( By the way I would love to win the lotto and have a server farm for my self and friends and a complete recording studio to make my videos. )

What I am trying to say and hope I have shown is Hillary had a legal system under the law as it was she she was SOS. She took reasonable steps to secure the server , she took reasonable steps to manage the server, she took reasonable steps to turn over to the government all email that was required to be archived by law, she was never found to have violated any law despite many republican committee hearings that attempted to portray it that way by the far right. I cannot tell you how many times I raged at watching incorrect fox news reporting on this subject.

So to be fair we do know now that the rule is no private email used for government offices in their official capacity. This was in effect when the tRump administration took over. To be fair we do not know if any classified communications took place over Ivanka’s private email as we do not have an investigation like we did with Hillary’s emails, to be fair we do not know how bad this is except it was enough to set off several agencies warning her and her father it was a serious problem and it had to stop, to be fair we don’t know if it did stop. So lets be fair. The republicans had what four committees investigating Hillary’s emails one after another even when no fault was found, let do the same for Ivanka’s private email use. If you can not agree to this , then you must agree the investigations into Hillary’s legal at the time email server were politically motivated. Which makes the whole get Hillary at any cost to keep her from winning the presidency thing real.

      Hugs and loves.

      • Also to be fair. This was reported by a watchdog group who obtained the emails under the Freedom of Information act. They were not hiden and are public knowledge. We do not know if other emails exist that were deleted. If they were to be fair we just give Ivanka a pass since she will claim she had no bad intentions. Which was the rulling for Hillary.

To be fair Comey said Hillary sent classified emails from her server (a law broken even at the time). To be fair hillary destroyed or attempted to destroy evidence after subpena from the senate. To be fair se broke the law. I do admit I dislike her a lot. I also dislike the current president A LOT! I knew Hawaii was going to Hillary and I voted for a write in named Donald Duck as to not vote for either party I detested.

I hate hypocracy. I disagree with both doing it. However at the moment we have no malicious intent to destroy or hide emails (which Hillary did), no classified emails sent (which Hillary did), No lying to congress (which Hillary did according to her own words vs James Comey), ect… Both these people are vile and disgusting and both have one thing in common. The use of a private email server which is wrong and likely illegal.

        Comment by Michelle Styles — November 28, 2018 @ 10:44

        • Well no not reported by the watch dog group. The agencies that tried to correlate all the emails and information found it, and had a meeting with the white house staff as to what to do about it. Then reported it to the group that asked for the information. At the time they were hidden as no one realized she was not using a government email all the time. No one put it together they say. She says she did not know it was not legal? OK but oversight must really be lax as her father ran on the issue. Plus no one noticed the email address was off. You are correct we do not know. I think you are characterizing the Hillary ruling a bit lose. As she broke know law at the time , nor was there a rule she couldn’t use her own email server, as she and others in the government were using their own private email addresses, what was said was there was maybe carelessness but no attempt to circumvent or break any law. Simply put they said no prosecutor would bring a criminal case with the information they had. That was James Comey’s ruling as he was given the authority to make it.

I disagree with you on what Comey said about classified email from her account. It was email sent to her that was not marked, that later was classified. As she had no way to know it was going to be marked such in the future she did not break the law in those cases. At the time she received and replied the information had not yet been classified.

She had already sent the server to the cleaning company before she got the subpoena. Boy they would have nailed her if she had violated a subpoena, she was their biggest threat they thought. Her lawyers contacted the company and told them about the subpoena and told them to comply with it. The company had already started the work. My understanding is they were able to recover a portion of information on the hard drive. However had the disk been totally bleached they wouldn’t have been able to recover anything. That is the point. I do it on mine and it takes hours to complete and if you do it correctly you can not recover a file int he bleached areas.

I followed it as close as I could because I suspected she would run for office and I wanted to know. A lot of stuff goes on in Washing ton that seems shady to me, and I wanted to know. Comey was using his own Gmail account at the same time as he was investigating her for using her own account. So he knew it was not illegal. HE grandstanded and shouldn’t ahve at the end and made the conclusions of the investigation muddy. I admit I disliked the many Benghazi hearings

Ten investigations were conducted into the 2012 Benghazi attack, six of which by Republican-controlled House committees. Problems were identified with security measures at the Benghazi facilities, due to poor decisions made by employees of the State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security, and specifically its director Eric Boswell, who resigned under pressure in December 2012.[1] Despite numerous allegations against Obama administration officials of scandal, cover-up and lying regarding the Benghazi attack and its aftermath, none of the ten investigations found any evidence to support those allegations.

I admit that turned me bitter against the republicans as one went on fox news and admitted it was completely to depress her favorable polling numbers. Totally political. And all of them found she had no fault in the situation.

That is the kind of stuff that worries me about the upcoming house investigations. We have to have them, the country needs checks and balances. But if the democrats try to turn it int o a political hunt like the republicans did Hillary and Obama it will ruin every thing and leave people totally turned off. I agree with you I hate it also. But I would like to see an investigation by the DOJ into it. That is fair. Why would Ivanka get a pass on her word yet Hillary not? That is a double standard.

One last thing, I am having trouble with parts of the internet today, so I will be hit or miss on comments. Hope all is well. Took me five hours to be able to get on my blog. Have fun, don’t stress over Emails too much, the Russians and Chinese hacked into ever department in our government for years now. Hugs

      • Related to her emails
18 USC 2071: Federal Records Act
Removal and destruction of Government Records.
        * James Comey and the FBI confirmed not all emails were turned over to the federal government

        18 USC 798: Espionage Act
Knowingly and willfully mishandling classified information
        * The attempt to delete and hide by not turning over these classified emails shows intent or forknowledge
        * James Comey confirmed several classified emails were amng those deleted/destroyed/lost or not turned over.

18 USC 793(a): Federal Espionage Act
gathering, transmitting or losing defense information
        * Confirmed by James Comey in testamony to congress

18 USC 793(f): Federal Espionage Act
Mishandling classified information through gross negligence
        * James Comeys first report listed Hillary as Grossly negligent but it was changed and redacted after a meeting with the DOJ

18 USC 1924: Public Officers Law
Unauthorized removal and retention of classified material
        * Verified by James Comey testamony before congress as well.

18 USC 798 Disclosue of classified Information
        * Verified by James Comey that classified information was sent in an unsecured manner over private email serve

18 US 2071(b) – Concealing, removing or mutilation generally
        * Confirmed she did not turn over all docuents and she had, hide, lost or destroyed what was believed to be the only copy

18 US 1505: Obstruction of proceedings before departments, angencies, and committiees
        * Failure to turn over all emails when subpoenaed to do so as confirmed by James Comey

18 US 1519: Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigation
        * Confirmed again by James Comey

And a stretch but still likely provable
18 US 371 – Conspiracy to commit a federal offense.
        — You’d need to prove she willfully conspired to lie to congress and hide the emails by destruction of a willful nature.

A good attorney could argue and possibly win this one. The others above are already prove by the FBI and James Comey. testimony and evidence already presented.

Tell me again she did not break the law? Go listen to Comey then think about these laws. These are a quick list. I’m sure searching the law databases I could list more…

        • I listened to both his testimony before congress and that totally embarrassing press conference he gave. I think I address all those things. Yes some emails were not turned over. They were lost and unrecoverable from her server. Many were recovered from other servers though. That is why they know of them. Yes classified emails were sent to her and then from her servers / email address because at the time they were not classified. That is why you can truly say she did send classified information over her email, but at the time they were not classified . That is why she was not charged. She would have been had they been able to show a crime. I honestly believe that. High ranking security people from prior administrations have been charged with violations and gotten punished for it. One last thing. You are correct that not all government emails were turned over to the archive system as were required. I agree with that. The problem was Hillary was not the pone who screwed that up. She did something stupid that I am doing and it is causing me trouble now. She mixed personal and business emails with government ones. Basically all her email came to one account, like mine. All my different email address go to Gmail, then Gmail gets dumped into my Outlook email program. I can not separate them out and I lose a lot of important email in the crush of them. She was totally stupid and dumb to do that. I heard the testimony where she simply refused to do it individually because she was not able to handle the different email accounts. So on her server were every email she got, personal, business, legal, official, government. Some one who can not learn a new smart phone is not going to separate all that out, she hired someone to do it. A law firm. They testified to congress repeatedly. They made the choice over what was sorted where. Any mistakes were theirs, not hers over that deal. Was she dumb about tech stuff, yup. Did she refuse to give up email, no. That is on the people hired to do the task. They will always have the suspicion of if they were honest or not, but congress found not to charge them with a crime. I want to think a law firm was honest, but I can not say for sure if they were.

Be well, my internet seems to be clearing up. Yea! Hugs
