Humpback whale gives show after being rescued. It is the season, lets do more to help our aquatic fellows

  1. I just told Ron about this video. He said the whale was showing thanks. I said maybe but we humans don’t speak whale so we don’t know. He said ” Scottie we don’t need to speak whale, we only need to listen to hear whale”! He is correct, often I think others do not speak the language I do, but maybe I need learn to hear the language they do speak. Hugs

  2. I looked a the video with pure fascination, first I saw that fear in his movement┬┤, and right from the beginning he must have been “sure”, that those “boatpeople” had just one intention: to help him get rid of all that gear around him that hindered him especially to breathe – and to swim.
And what a joy he showed when he was finally freed – it was a great joy to look at that free animal.
    thks, scottie

    • Thank you Miles, but how could the whale know these beings were there to help instead of there to eat him? That is what bothers me. How did it know they were trying to help? Hugs

      • Hi dear Scottie, it is for the same reason as the whal made his brilliant show for his rescuers: he and other animals are simply able to be sensitive tol empathy in any kind. And thi8s whale was able to show empathy.
Watch your cats, aren’t they showing just the same empathy – day by day and especially when you are ill?
I thinkanimalscan show empathy not only to their own kind, but also to other kinds May I remind you of pics. and videos that you have seenTo , where animals showed their empathy to okther Kinds of animals.
To Ron thatt seems no problem does it, ; he has just a different sozialisation from yours. Some people can do magic, why not some animals too???
That is, dogs have never tried to bite me, sure they tried to im press me, but the must be able able to see – when I look into their eyes (!) that they would have no reason to fight me.
Don’t let it bother you, cause you know it since long: Animals have social intelligence. – and it is not limited to their own kind
