Are these people home schooled? Is this the educated people religion values? Religion treating kids like property and denying them proven medical treatment in favor of “god’s will”. Our society is screwed!!!! Hugs
NBC News reports:
A Republican state legislator from Texas went on an extended Twitter rant on Tuesday, dismissing concerns over an ongoing measles outbreak in his state and calling vaccines “sorcery,” “dangerous,” and “self-enriching ‘science.’”
David Gorski nailed it!

Hello Nan. I just seen a meme that said “Please do not confuse your google search with my medical degree”. Hugs

Another reason to avoid Texas.
But… how does passing more vaccination exemptions make them money? I think I missed that memo.

Hello MDavis. You skipped a text. The anti vax politician was claiming a conspiracy that the doctor scientist guy who worked on vaccines was being paid to shill vaccines and so was making up stuff. Hugs

Yeah, I missed that. Sounds like projection, though, although I am not sure how they’re making money off of anti-vax, unless it is because it costs more to treat measles (et al) than to just vaccinate for it. Gotta pay the greens fees, you know.
