Trump isnβt afraid to sit down with Kim Jong-Un or Vladimir Putin, but he was afraid to sit down with Robert Mueller and is terrified of Don McGahn testifying before the American Congress. Tells you everything you need to know.

Spot on! He claims to be a strong ‘man’, but in truth he is naught but a bully. If one has nothing to hide, then one doesn’t try to hide nothing. Sigh. I do wish he would just self-destruct, just go away. He’s depressing me.

I find it deeply disturbing that Pence is actually looking like a better figurehead than the current one.

It’s all relative, isn’t it? I told somebody the other day that Nixon is looking like a saint compared to Trump, and it’s true! Nixon did, at least, have some redeeming qualities and was intelligent. Sigh.

Yep – Nixon started the EPA (I just looked it up, it was an executive order) and many Republican administrations since then have been trying to kill it.

He did, indeed, start the EPA and is also largely responsible for the fact that we have diplomatic relations with China. He was a diplomat and between him and Henry Kissinger did much to enhance our foreign relations. What he did in Cambodia, and then Watergate were wrong, but in my mind, they don’t cancel out the good he did.
