    • Hello John. I will say it is very good, I think I would use a bit less butter next time but sorry you are not here as I would share … Really. I doubt the leftovers will last long. Hugs

    • Hello John. I shared your comment with Ron and he was giggling. I think you made his evening! The fun part is taking an idea and then adjusting the ingredients to produce a desired tasty food. This time we both agree we came very close, but that next time we would not add the butter and would add in a pepper, either black or I prefer white pepper in this case. What I like is cooking is something we can do together. I can not do the construction stuff around the house Ron does, he can not do the computer / electronic stuff I do. But we can still mess up the kitchen together! Hugs
