A jail administrator’s wife in Arkansas was arrested this week after she allegedly pulled a gun and detained four black students who were going door-to-door for a school fundraiser.
Wynne Police Chief Jackie Clark issued a media statement saying that officers responded to a “suspicious persons” report and found 46-year old Jerri Kelly holding a gun on four juveniles who were lying on the ground, WMC reported.
After the officer let the children stand up, they explained that they were selling discounted cards for school football games.
Ah … thank the gods there is no gun control!

Hello Ark. 😂🤣😜 I just do not understand what is going through the minds of these bigots. Four kids selling coupons for school stuff. Heck I did it in when I was in school. You really have to be paranoid to act like she did. I think it goes to the idea that black people do not belong on her property, on her street, in her neighborhood, and she is white so she is the authority. IMO. Hugs

Probably. As I live in Africa I’d be stuffed if I had such a mentality!

Hello Ark. I really think these white nationalist want an apartheid system like South Africa had. When you point out to them how badly that ended up, they claim they can make it work. Weird hateful people. Hugs

Hello Jill. This is the country we have become…again. The white superiority syndrome is needing to assert it self in some people. I am worried that now the same bigotry against LGBTQ+ is getting government backing. Last one in the concentration camp please take what is left of the US flag with them. Hugs

Yes, I share your concerns. I read earlier today that the Department of Justice under Barr is trying to get the EEOC to reverse its position on workplace discrimination of LGBT people. How much further back is this nation going to go before the people finally wake up and say, “ENOUGH!!!”? Frankly, I think the U.S. flag, along with the Constitution, is already in tatters. I actually considered on July 4th, going out and buying a small flag just so I could burn it in my backyard! I used to have a small flag sticker on my window … I scraped it off a year or so ago. Hugs!
