Born-Again Christian Missionaries Are Setting Fire to Sacred Aboriginal Objects

Filed under: Bigotry, Criminal, Fascism, Harm, Hate, News, Questions, Religion — Scottie @ 08:07

I guess this is the famed religious tolerance that Christians keep demanding for themselves and their faith.  But only them.  They can be totally intolerant of other religions and discriminate against people who do not live by their doctrines.   What a hateful spiteful people these Christians are.   IF someone were to burn their sacred texts, their holy book, their religious objects they would go bezerk and demand those who did it be put to death for insulting their god.   Their god is a snowflake you know who gets its feelings hurt so very easily.   Notice how they feel completely justified in forcing others to live by their silly myths and church rules.   Hugs

Born-Again Christian Missionaries Are Setting Fire to Sacred Aboriginal Objects

A group of Christian missionaries who believe traditional Aboriginal culture is the same as worshiping the devil is burning sacred objects in the Australian Outback.

Pentecostal preacher Ana Makahununiu leads the group, which is actively destroying a way of life that has already been under assault since White people first invaded. And if you needed even more reason to dislike them, the group also promises to bring people back from the dead.

The anti-Aboriginal group, made up of born-again Christians who are Aboriginal born, has also called the native culture “an act of bastardry.” They are basically dehumanizing the entire group of local people, all at the direction of someone who claims to be a “prophetess” through whom God speaks.

  2. Think of what the Spaniards did to the Aztecs. This is nothing new. It is regretably uncouth, and stupid, But bigots will be bigots.

    • Hello Rawgod. Yes and they can also be destroying important historical works like the Taliban did with the huge buddhist statues and other old rock carvings. I wonder what it is like to be so ignorant you feel you have the right to destroy other peoples holy stuff and incredible works of art. Hugs

      • Even if they are pictures on a fridge, they still have value. The idea is to devalue your enemy in any way you can. Art objects, cultural practices, or language itself, the more you take away rhe more worthless the other side feels. Demoralize. Deculturize. That is what the white Canadians did to our First Nations citizens. Their target was genocide, and no one gave a damn. They cheered them on.

  3. I think I’ll go over as a Missionary for Atheists and Agnostics and burn churches because they don’t disbelieve enough. I’m sure I can find plenty of our bretheren out there to assist me as we must be the largest group anywhere.. Perhaps the Christians might suddenly remember their ”Live and let Live’ bits of the bible and put a stop to what this group do and get rid of their God Communicating leader.

    • Hello David. Far too many Christian churches in the US love what these people are doing. Push their Jesus and only their god. Christians only want to live and let live when they have no power. When they have power it is a different story, then they insist everyone live by their doctrines. Hugs

      • Last day. And raining! 🌨 Plan to do some wine-tasting this afternoon. Hoping things clear up a bit. 🤞

While it’s always fun to get away, there’s no place like home. 😊

        • Hello Nan. Sorry to hear about the rain, but love the idea of wine … tasting. Bring a couple bottles back to the RV and have a party watching the TV. I miss our RV. As to home, I find I really dislike being away from the internet, my dest, blogs / websites for any length of time. Hugs

  5. Some things never change. Someone else’s religious or cultural objects are worthless to the godly. Unbearable arrogance.
