Damn, Scottie! Don’t you realize how the drool ruins my keyboard?!?!?! This is the 3rd one this year! Anyway, I wanted to mention there’s ALSO that all-important meal between lunch and dinner, or supper – Lupper. Or is it Ludinner?
Which brings me to the next topic naps. Naps, as a direct result of all those breakfastes, and Brunches, and Ludinners, which is why it’s so important to have regularly-scheduled naptimes. My mid-morning nap is important, but it’s nothing compared to my mid-afternoon nap. THAT’S the crucial one, but I make sure I save enough “Nap-energy” for that pre-bedtime nap, the one that gets me in the just the right mood for a night filled with Insomnia, and Apnea, and having to pee every hour, due to the diuretic, yada-yada…

Hello Dennis. I also endorse naps. I love them when I can get them. Hugs
