The “haves” have more while the rest of us eat grass and dirt and thank the good people in Congress for not taxing that!
I wish I could care again. Hugs
Hello Polly. What did you stop caring about? You have seemed to have passion and interest in some things? I hope you are OK and not getting depressed? I look forward to your comments in the next year as we work to move the country more progressive for everyone. Hugs
Hello Angela. You have done your part in your life, but the fact is your government has let you down. Your situation and how hard things are for you should never have happened. The reason you don’t care maybe because of how much you have to struggle right now. Human life shouldn’t be a struggle to survive. It should be something to enjoy until you die. It is so much better in other developed countries. I read comments from people in other developed countries on forums and they can not believe how backward life is for us. Hugs
I think I keep wondering when we became a third world country. Too many people seem to think we are still a world power but the politicians have given that away and taken away all of the rights guaranteed to us by the constitution while pocketing as much money as they can from our labor. I think people have become so used to being powerful that they haven’t noticed we have only bad influence on other countries now. This country is a joke but no one notices over here.
On a sad note, my brother passed away last Sunday evening. He had been ill for several years with Crone’s disease and he is out of pain now but oh, how I still miss him! His husband and our sister were by his side so thankfully he didn’t die alone as so many people do these days. Hugs.
It gets easier every day. I’m writing about the older days when we were growing up and that is making me smile again.
thank you so much, Nan. Merry Christmas!
