FL “Patriot” Arrested For Threat To Murder FBI Agents

The Daily Beast reports:

A Florida woman is facing charges after allegedly threatening to shoot FBI agents who contacted her last month about her possible involvement in the deadly insurrection at the Capitol. Suzanne Kaye, a Boca Raton, Florida, resident, was charged this week with threatening to injure a person after posting a Jan. 31 video on Facebook, titled “Fuck the FBI!!,” in which she suggested she’d use violence against any FBI agents who tried to come to her house.

The Daily Dot reports:

While drinking from a bottle of bourbon, Kaye says she told the FBI to arrest her given that she couldn’t afford legal counsel. “You think I’m going to let you come fucking talk to me?” she says. “You’re out of your mother fucking mind, bro. That’s not going to happen.”

“I’m a fucking patriot, and I exercise my First Amendment right on my freedom of speech and my Second Amendment right to shoot your fucking ass if you come here,” Kaye says.

“My Second Amendment right to carry a gun to shoot your fucking ass if you come to my house. So fuck you, fuck you following me, I don’t care. I’m glad you know who I am, motherfucker.”

The criminal complaint is here.

    • Hi, Nan. I think it may have to do with an under-developed vocabulary and a large dose of white privilege. These troglodytes think insurrection is ok, and when they cry, patriot, that is the end of the argument. I’m sure the FBI agents were duly cowed by her display of ignorance.

      • Yes, but the word itself is used incessantly in nearly ALL situations where someone is upset. One would think after awhile it would lose its “power,” but this doesn’t seem to be the case.

      • Hello Cagjr. I am sure the FBI / police appreciated her letting them know of her plans for a violent reaction to their attempts to contact her. She sure just made things much harder for her self. Hugs

    • Hello Nan. Shock value. These people have limited vocabulary and they think it makes them look or sound tough. They are stupid. They don’t seem to realize that words are descriptive not prescriptive. Words are what people make them. They also change with time. What shocks us to day would be meaningless to our founding fathers for the most part. The slang and curse words they used would be mostly meaningless to us. It is why it is so silly to take the bible or other holy scriptures literally. I find it funny when people change a swear word to nonsense so they don’t offend their deity. Holy fudge … As if the all knowing can’t figure that one out. Hugs
